An extensive area of high pressure stretching from the North Atlantic across the Alps to the Balkans will continue to ensure stable weather.
The weather on the mountains will remain clear with sunshine all day long. Weakening winds.
Mountain weather tomorrow
A northerly high-altitude current carries cold air masses of polar origin towards the Alps.
The day will start sunny in all mountain ranges. Along the eastern main Alpine ridge, some clouds will appear during the course of the day, while elsewhere it will remain mostly cloudless. With strong northerly winds, temperatures will drop significantly.
