This afternoon, the sun will shine across the whole region, with just a few harmless cumulus clouds forming over the mountains. The north foehn will continue to blow, particularly in the northern valleys.
Temperatures
Temperatures will rise slightly compared with the last few days, reaching between 26° and 35°.
Next evolution
On Saturday morning, there will be widespread sunshine, with a few thunderstorms developing in the afternoon.
Sunday will be sunny, stable and hot once again.
On Monday, the midsummer weather will continue.
On Tuesday, too, the sun will shine amidst a few high clouds.

Caught between a high-pressure system over Western Europe and a low-pressure system over the Baltic States, the Alpine region is experiencing a strong and partly humid north-westerly flow.
Plenty of sunshine across all mountain ranges; only in the morning might a few clouds appear, particularly in the north.
Mountain weather tomorrow
Although the influence of the high-pressure system is continuing, the atmospheric stratification is becoming slightly more unstable.
Conditions will remain good and sunny this morning. The likelihood of thunderstorms will increase slightly this afternoon.
